I learned something interesting from a friend who works in home care.

She told me that at her company, Adwa Home Care, caregivers receive a small in-service training every month by text message. All they need to do is click the link, review the training on their phone, and confirm once they finish.

It sounds simple, but the topics are actually very practical - things like how to help anxious clients, prevent falls, protect client privacy, and handle emergencies.

These small trainings help caregivers stay prepared for real situations they face every day.

I realized that good caregiving isn’t just about kindness - it also requires professionalism and continuous learning.
