🥇First place commercial float for the Blue & Gold at the Barbour County Fair! Thanks to the alumni for sponsoring the decorations, the Ogden Family for the tractor and trailer, and the members that brought candy and organized the decorations. Even though we got a bit wet, I think we all had a great time!

🐄🐖🐑🐐 So proud of our Barbour County FFA members! 💙💛 Their hard work, dedication, early mornings, and late nights are all paying off! We are proud of the time and effort they have put into raising and caring for their livestock projects.

We didn’t catch all of our members tonight, so make sure to stop by the barns and check out these hardworking kids and their livestock projects! Hard work shows—now it’s time to shine in the ring! 🏆🐑🐖🐄🐐

Thank you to the members of the Barbour County FFA Alumni for purchasing yard signs to recognize our 2026 recipients of the WV FFA State Degree! Congratulations to the members as well!

Barbour FFA had a great week at the 97th annual WV FFA state convention! Highlights include Jacob Ogden receiving his State FFA Degree; Hunter Townsend received a $500 scholarship from the WV FFA Foundation; seven delegates participated in the election process for the ‘26-‘27 state officers; our members helped bag over 2500 meals for the Mountaineer Food Bank; memories were definitely made and leadership was absolutely gained! We also want to congratulate Dayton Morrison on earning his State Degree, unfortunately he couldn’t make it this week.

Join us on Sunday, June 28 at 6:00 PM at the Barbour County 4-H Camp for an evening of food, fellowship, and support for the agricultural youth of Barbour County!

You do NOT have to be a former FFA member to attend. If you believe in supporting agriculture, leadership, and opportunities for our local youth, we'd love to have you join us.
