When parents get involved in their children's education, grades go up, test scores go up, children become more likely to pass and to attend better schools after high school, they have fewer discipline problems, and they're less likely to use drugs and alcohol. This to me is what I would like to see from my child.

Tomorrow evening is the 8th grade dance. We will have pizza, sodas, water and a variety of candy for concessions. 8th graders remember your tickets for your free piece of pizza and drink. Thank you to Mrs. Ammons and Ms. Forbes for all your help decorating and for anyone who donated drinks or time helping. If you changed your mind and want to come, you can pay at the door.
