A huge thank you to Kade Cutler of the University of Montana football team for giving our 5th-11th graders from Philipsburg an incredible tour today! It means so much to our students to be guided by someone from our beloved hometown.

We also want to give a special shout-out to Defensive Coordinator/Linebackers Coach Eric Sanders for taking the time to speak with the kids and share such inspiring words.

Thanks also to Blake Danielson for all your help in making today's tour run so smoothly!

Let's just say our girls HAD A DAY!! Congratulations to Coach Blume, Coach Morales, Coach Harvey, Montannah and Addi!! Montannah Piar and Addi Lilyquist pulled off a historic 2nd place finish at the State C Girls Track & Field Meet by scoring 50 team points between the two of them! We are so proud of this unbelievable accomplishment!! Here are Montannah and Addi's results:

Triple Jump 2nd place 35' 10" (PR)
Long Jump-State Champion and New Class C Record Holder 17' 09" (PR)

1600M 3rd place 5:25 (PR)
3200M 2nd place 12:24 (PR)

State Runner Up Season along with a Western C Divisional Crown, and a 2nd place district finish caps off one of the best girls track seasons in Granite High School History!

Attention PHILIPSBURG TRAFFIC EDUCATION PARENTS!! There will be a parent/student meeting on Monday, March 17th at Granite High School starting at 6:00pm. The meeting will take place in Mr. Keltner's classroom; adjacent to the high school library. The spring driver's education schedule will be discussed during the meeting. Students under the age of 19 can enroll in a state-approved driver education course if they are 14.5 years of age before the completion date (which is currently scheduled for June 9, 2025). Good news! The Scholastic Book Fair will be up and running during Parent Teacher Conferences tomorrow. It is in Mr. Novak’s room in the elementary school🎉
Students will be able to shop at end of day next week also.
