Roseberry Homestead The Roseberry Homestead is a magnificent historic house built in the late 18th century and expanded circa 1815.

The Town of Phillipsburg owns the property and the Phillipsburg Area Historical Society acts as the steward of the Roseberry Homestead managing and funding the preservation effort. Visit www.PhillipsburgHistory.com for information on the Society.
