The Arizona Dream Team is focused on one mission: to create a life of equal opportunity for children with developmental disabilities. When realizing her vision, CEO Pamela Govan worked alongside Marvin McCullogh to create their first stable community home and guidance-focused DDD facility here in Phoenix. Since then, her Dream Team has seen notable improvements in the lives of children with Cerebr

al palsy, Epilepsy, Autism, and other struggles that require devoted attention. With faith as her solid foundation, Pamela has established a team of 100+ caregivers across eight homes without ever compromising her passion for creating the safest environment possible. Above all else, The Arizona Dream team hopes to continue broadening the scope of available resources for children everywhere.
