GateWay Women Rising

GateWay Women Rising Women Rising is designed to support female students at GateWay Community College. Vincent de Paul

Designated college staff members lead and guide the group and are also led by student officers. Women Rising is here to:

Increase the access, persistence, and graduation/transfer rates of minority female students

Connect minority female students with academic, career, and professional support resources and services

Create a culture of success and empowerment among minority female students

-Volunteerism with organizations such as StreetLights USA and St.
