Corona virus
Please do the math and think 🤔 for yourself.
You could look up the source you trust to find current population and corona virus death cases and do your own math. Here is what I came up with;
South Korea population 51.3 million
102 death cases = 0.00020% !!!! of their population.
Italy’s population 60.4 million
4,032 death cases = 0.00668% !!!! of their population.
China population 1 billion 408.5 million
3,255 death cases = 0.00023% !!!! of their population.
USA 2020 population 331 million
263 death cases = 0.00008% !!!! of our population.
Globally there are 11,393 corona virus deaths reported out of a population of 7 billion 800 million. This equal 0.00015% !!!! of our planets population have died from the corona virus.
In comparison to the 5 months between October 1st 2019 - March 12 2020 there have been 23,000-59,000 deaths worldwide from the common flu!!!
The chance of dying from the corona virus is microscopic. We are all going to die from something someday, but to live in fear of dying from the corona virus is absurd. We should be careful and use sound judgement but that’s all we can do.
We need to quarantine and protect the elderly and immune system deficient NOT close down the whole state of California. A great majority of people infected by the corona virus will suffer a flu and then recover.
I am more scared of the government and medias handling of the situation than I am of the corona virus.
It doesn’t add up!!!
Anyway you look at it, the actions are out of proportion to the numbers.
