As we celebrate 10 years of Maricopa Ambulance, a member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, we're taking a look back at the people, partnerships and milestones that have shaped our journey.

In this special anniversary video, Priority OnDemand President & CEO Bryan Gibson and COO Phil Koster reflect on the past decade, recognizing the incredible EMTs, paramedics, nurses, dispatchers and support teams who have made this milestone possible.

We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to our fire and hospital partners, our dedicated labor partners and the communities throughout Arizona who have placed their trust in us over the years.

From where we started to where we are today, our greatest accomplishment has always been the people behind the mission.

🎉🚑 Celebrating 10 Years of Maricopa Ambulance!

Yesterday, the Maricopa Ambulance team came together to celebrate an incredible milestone: 10 years of serving communities across the Valley!

Since receiving our Certificate of Necessity in 2016, Maricopa Ambulance, a member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, has continued to grow, proudly providing emergency and non-emergency medical transportation throughout Maricopa County.

Our anniversary celebration was a wonderful opportunity to bring our crews and leadership together, enjoy some great food, reflect on how far we've come and recognize the people who make our mission possible every day.

💙 To our dedicated EMS professionals, past and present, thank you for being part of our journey and for your continued commitment to exceptional patient care. Here's to 10 years of service, teamwork and making a difference in the communities we call home!

Today, on Metastatic Breast Cancer Awareness Day, the Priority Ambulance family of companies joins communities across the country in raising awareness for those living with metastatic breast cancer and honoring the patients, families and loved ones impacted by this disease. 🎗️

Throughout Breast Cancer Awareness Month, we recognize the importance of education, early detection, continued research and compassionate support. Today, we especially stand with those whose breast cancer journey continues, as well as the families, caregivers and healthcare professionals who walk alongside them.

Together, we remember those we have lost, support those living with metastatic breast cancer and help bring greater awareness to the need for continued progress.

Mental health is an important part of our overall health, and taking care of ourselves and one another matters.

Today is a reminder to check in with yourself and the people around you. Take a moment to rest and recharge. Reach out to someone you trust. Start a conversation. And when you need support, know that asking for help is a sign of strength.

Today is World Heart Day! ❤️

Across Priority Ambulance and our family of companies, our EMS professionals see firsthand how important heart health is and how quickly recognizing the signs of a cardiac emergency can make a difference.

Today is a great reminder to take care of your heart. Stay active, make heart-healthy choices, keep up with regular checkups, and know the warning signs of a heart attack or cardiac arrest.

It’s also a reminder to learn CPR. You never know when you may be the person who can step in and help save a life before first responders arrive.

Here’s to healthier hearts, stronger communities, and taking care of ourselves and one another. ❤️🚑

September is Baby Safety Month! 👶💙

For parents and caregivers, keeping little ones safe is always a priority. This month, Priority Ambulance and our family of companies are sharing a few simple reminders that can help create a safer environment for the smallest members of our communities:

🛏️ Practice safe sleep: Always place babies on their backs to sleep on a firm, flat surface, and keep pillows, blankets, toys and other soft items out of the sleep space.

🚗 Use the right car seat: Make sure your child’s car seat is appropriate for their age and size, installed correctly and used on every trip.

🏠 Baby-proof your home: Secure furniture that could tip, cover electrical outlets, use safety gates near stairs and keep cords and small objects out of reach.

🛁 Stay within arm’s reach around water: Never leave a baby unattended in a bathtub or around any amount of water, even for a moment.

🌡️ Prevent burns: Keep hot drinks, cookware and other hot items away from the edges of counters and tables, and check bath water before placing your baby in it.

⚠️ Keep potential hazards locked away: Store medications, cleaning products and other potentially dangerous items securely and out of reach.

A few simple precautions can make a big difference. Take a moment this Baby Safety Month to look around your home, review your routines and make safety a priority every day. 💙

Maricopa Ambulance, a member of the Priority Ambulance family of companies, enjoyed two great days connecting with Tolleson Union High School District seniors! 🚑🎓

Our team joined more than 130 representatives from employers, colleges, universities and the military for the district’s annual event highlighting employment, enrollment and enlistment opportunities available to students after graduation.

Client Service Representatives Scott Brown and Trevor Brown, along with members of the Maricopa Ambulance team, spent the event meeting with students, answering questions and sharing more about careers and opportunities in EMS.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team, and to the Tolleson Union High School District for giving students the opportunity to explore so many paths for their futures!
