Do you have a passion for working with young children and helping them thrive? Orangedale Early Learning Center is looking for a caring and dedicated Medical Assistant to support the health and well-being of our youngest learners.

As part of our team, you’ll help conduct health screenings, manage student medications, provide basic first aid, maintain health records, and support communication with families and staff.

📚➕ Our Math and Literacy Night was a success!

Families explored practical ways to support learning at home and took home math and literacy kits filled with resources to keep the learning going! 🏡✨

Families also learned about DIBELS—Dynamic Indicators of Basic Early Literacy Skills—and how we use these short reading assessments to monitor progress. Depending on the grade level, DIBELS checks skills such as recognizing letter sounds, decoding words, and reading accurately and fluently. The results help teachers identify students who may need additional support, plan instruction, and track growth throughout the year.

Thank you to our families and staff for making this night such a success! Together, we’re helping our students become stronger readers, confident mathematicians, and lifelong learners!

Need a fun fall game for your teachers? 🎃🍂 This is your sign to bring some laughs and friendly competition to your staff lounge!

Our Pumpkin Staff Voting Game is easy to set up and so much fun! Here’s how to play:

📸 1. Gather your pumpkin crew! Take pictures of staff members who want to participate, cut out their faces, and attach each one to a pumpkin.

✍️ 2. Post a question! Pick a funny, school-friendly prompt like “Who would survive a whole night inside a haunted house?” or “Who would be the star of a scary movie?”

🗳️ 3. Let the voting begin! Have each staff member vote once a day by placing a tally mark under the picture of the person they choose!

🔄 4. Keep the fun going! Post a new question each day through the end of the week. Record each day’s votes before starting the next round.

🎁 5. Surprise the winner! Add up the votes from the entire week. The staff member with the most votes gets a surprise in their teacher mailbox!

Keep the questions kind and the competition friendly! A little pumpkin fun is sure to get your teacher lounge laughing! 🎃🧡
