Not for Koda. Koda's owner lost his brother 3 years ago. During the chaos of that tragedy, Koda ran away from home. For many dogs, that's normally the last time we hear about them.
Last week, someone found Koda on the street and brought him in, a miraculous 3 years later. Thanks to a microchip, we were able to contact the owner, who came right away to come pick him up.
Koda recognized him instantly. His eyes lit up, his tail started wagging, and he started rearing up on his back legs, anxious to get to his owner as fast as possible.
