3620 North 3rd Street - Rezoning - Neighborhood Meeting
A neighborhood meeting will be held on 07/16/2026 at 6:30 PM at, the Longview Neighborhood Recreation Center (4040 North 14th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85014).
Recently filed rezoning request for an approximately half acre site located at 3620 North 3rd Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85012, rezoning case number Z-37-26-4, to change the zoning from C-O to WU T5:5 MT. We would like to invite you to a neighborhood meeting to discuss this rezoning request and proposed development.
Proposed change: The zoning of the site will change from Commercial Office (C-O), to Walkable Urban (WU T5:5 MT).
Existing use: The site is operational, and currently hosts a two-story office building. The site is currently zoned as commercial office.
