Teachers will continue to work with effective teaching strategies to actively engage students in their lessons and build student engagement in the learning process. We are committed to our Continuous Improvement Plan, which focuses on instructional practices. Staff is building our reading intervention plan and data discussions to make decisions to best meet the needs of all students every day. Staff also work together to implement the Response to Intervention (RTI) model. The structure of RTI provides students with added academic support. Teacher instructional strategies continue to improve with a focus on increased student engagement and academic growth for all. Teachers also continue working on math instructional strategies to build a strong understanding of math skills and understanding for all students.
