For more than 45 years, Duet: Partners In Health & Aging has walked alongside older adults, family caregivers, and grandparents raising grandchildren; ensuring compassion, dignity, and hope when it matters most.

Like a butterfly transformed by every stage of its journey, Duet’s legacy has been shaped by the countless lives and hearts that have lifted its wings.

Today, we share important news that reflects a thoughtful, forward-looking decision about how we continue that legacy and sustain healthy aging services for the future.

The Boards of Directors from Duet and AllThrive 365 have approved a mission-aligned program transfer to preserve continuity of Duet’s three core service lines: homebound adult services, family caregiver services, and kinship care services.

Effective August 4, 2026, AllThrive 365 has assumed responsibility for these specified service lines, maintaining a shared commitment to compassion, dignity, stewardship, and long-term stability.

We are profoundly grateful to every donor, volunteer, staff member, community partner, service recipient, and friend who helped shape this legacy.

And as AllThrive 365 carries that legacy forward through the core lines of service, we look to the future with gratitude, hope, and confidence in all that is yet to come.

You heard our call, and we were able to REACH 𝟏𝟎𝟎% of our needs for backpacks for our grandparents raising their grandchildren! 😭
