C**ts Show Up & Out!

Over 90 Cortez students and 7 adults made the trip out to Tempe for our Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) service night, bringing energy, hard work, and incredible school spirit.

The Impact by the Numbers:
26,000+ life-saving meals packed for children in need
97+ total C**ts working side-by-side to serve
Many proud communities watching our students shine

"Our school showed up and out! Several community members openly shouted out Cortez and mentioned how deeply impressed they were with our students' work ethic and positive energy."

Giving back and strengthening our local and global communities is a core pillar of our Portrait of a Graduate framework. Seeing our C**ts step up with such enthusiasm proves that the future is bright.

Sights and Sounds from Friday Night Lights at Cortez!

A huge congratulations to the Cortez football team for an outstanding win against Camp Verde, the #5-ranked 2A team, on homecoming night. This was one of the biggest victories our school has achieved against a top-ranked opponent, and the entire community should be proud.

Special thanks to our incredible band, student council, cheer squad, and everyone else who helped make this a great night to be a C**t.
