MISSION STATEMENT:
The Downtown Neighborhood Alliance (DNA) will focus on quality of life and the delivery of services to the neighborhood and advocate on behalf of those who live and work in the area. The DNA demonstrates and encourages neighborhood leadership, provides a forum for community participation, and a structure to promote the vision and aspirations of the neighborhood. The Downtown Nei

ghborhood Alliance membership is open to all residents and interested individuals that want to create a satisfying and improved quality of living in downtown Phoenix including those who reside outside the DNA boundaries. DOWNTOWN NEIGHBORHOOD ALLIANCE BOUNDARIES:
