🎉 We are thrilled to share some incredible highlights from the State Land Department for Fiscal Year 2026.

Our total revenue nearly doubled over the last fiscal year, jumping from $452.8 million in FY25 to an astounding $817.8 million in FY26! This exceptional growth was driven by land sales, which more than doubled from $317.6 million to over $706 million.

🚀 Historic milestones for Arizona: A record-breaking $670.7 million has been deposited into the Permanent Land Endowment Trust Fund (PLETF). This achievement comes alongside an unprecedented 38 successful public auctions. This builds on the most profitable four year stretch in ASLD history, with $1,581,023,765 in permanent fund deposits generated since 2023 🏜️📈

🏫 Impact on Our Communities: The real win is for our beneficiaries. As a direct result of the influx of revenue this year, K-12 Public Schools receipts practically tripled to $641.9 million, a historic high!

Thank you to everyone who made this record-breaking year a reality. 🌟
