Something many of you may (or may not) know...FCI Phoenix continues to throw away inmate mail, both incoming and outgoing! Make sure if this happens to you or your loved ones that you report it to the Western Regional Office of the BOP. This has got to stop!

FCI Phoenix is currently locked down due to an inmate-on-inmate assault. They were placed on lock down yesterday (November 25). No estimated time for lifting the lockdown.
