During this month's Phoenixville Borough Council meeting, DIA's board secretary, Tim Dougherty, gave a formal presentation before the board regarding our proposed project involving the restoration, revision, and renewal the Civil War Centennial Memorial in Reeves Park. We are very happy to report that the board ultimately voted to approve our proposal and move our project forward. Special thanks to all the members of the Borough Council for supporting our efforts and for their continued partnership with us as we work together to make this project a reality.

As we celebrate the official Juneteenth holiday, we invite you to go and check out the phenomenal lineup of musicians in the borough this evening for the Juneteenth Mini-Music Festival presented to you by Forever Changes Vinyl Lounge & the Phoenixville Juneteenth Committee. The performances will be held across some of your favorite venues along Bridge Street. Check out the lineup below, and get out on the good foot to feed your head and heart with tunes. A wide variety of genres will be covered, some are free to attend while others have a fee to enter.
