Promoting Active, Independent, Healthy Lifestyles for Adults in the Phoenixville Area

The Phoenixville Area Senior Center is rooted in a community where neighbor helping neighbor is a tradition. The mission of the Center is to serve, support and enhance the lives of all citizens by providing opportunities, programs and activities for active adults.

No matter your age, staying active and engaged in your social network is the number one indicator of longevity. Programs at the Center encourage physical activity, mental stimulation, and socialization with a diverse range of people from Phoenixville, Springs City, and all of the surrounding townships who want to engage in fun activities, exercise and travel.

In addition The Center’s Information and Assistance Program opens the gateway to the Phoenixville Areas aging network and serves as the community’s focal point for the delivery of the Older American Act’s benefits and services, enabling older adults to access multiple services in one place.

Our nutritious lunches, provided by Chester County Department of Aging, are served at noon daily, and our delicious community breakfasts are available from 8-9 on Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings.
