Pearl River County Library System PRCLS was established in October of 1974. https://pearlriver.lib.ms.us/margaret-reed/

It is a one county library system consisting of two existing city libraries that have contracted with the Pearl River County Board of Supervisors to provide library services to the county at large.

PRCLS is launching a pilot program that expands hoopla access with Hoopla Flex titles. Flex titles give you access to even more popular books and audiobooks through holds and checkouts. Instant titles are always available.
