This is a friendly reminder to clear any outstanding absences for your child within the week of absences.

Any absences not cleared will automatically be recorded as a truancy, and once the window closes, these records cannot be changed. The truancy will remain permanently on his/her/their record.

Please log in to your Aeries Parent Portal to review your child’s attendance and ensure all absences are properly cleared. For your convenience, a flyer is attached outlining several ways to verify and clear absences.

Thank you for your prompt attention to this important matter and for your continued partnership in supporting student attendance. Remember that your child’s attendance matters!
