If your child needs Macbook fees paid please make sure and contact our office and sign up for this. The last day to sign up is 08/17/2026. Make sure the school knows you are in housing. They know we will be paying the fees. Only one check will be cut and sent for payment. It is not issued student by student. If your name isn't on the list, fees will not be paid.

Application for housing will be Aug 4-27th These are only accepted back 7:30-2:00 if you have a completed application. An interview is done at the time applications are returned. All adult applicants must be present with ID.
Annual Re-exams will be Aug 6-14. If this is your month a letter and a packet will be put on your door. Please make every effort to be in on time.
Filters will be done Aug 3rd and can continue into Tue/Wed if needed to complete
Pest control is always 3rd Wed-Fri of each month. If this is your month remember this is MANDATORY. You can not turn them away. Make sure your pets are put away and you do not lock your screen doors.
If you need MacBook fees paid, please make sure and sign up. A cut off date will be given soon. Supplies have already been purchased for those that signed up for it. We can longer accept those request.
Please continue to keep playgrounds clean and taken care of. Do not have children on the playground after dark to be mindful of noise for other tenants.

Supplies have been bought. They will be separated and distributed to the schools. This is prek-5th grade. This is only for ones that signed up by 7/27 deadline. Grades that are fee based only still has time to let us know if you’re kid needs to be added before school starts.

Today is the last day to let us know. Once we have the supplies purchased we won't be able to go get more. We close at 4:00 today.

If you are needing help with school supplies please call the office and let us know so we can add you to our list. Please let us know by 07/27/2026. These funds are for children who live in housing only and are listed on your lease.

Our office will be closing today at 12:00. We will reopen tomorrow at 7:30 am normal hours. Our drop box may be used for payments. Maintenance will still be available during normal office hours.

July reminders:
***Applications for housing will be 07/08/2026-07/30/2026
***Re-exams for those that are up for renewal will be 07/09/2026-07/17/2026 a letter with times and dates as well as a packet will be placed on your door if this is your month.
***Pest control will be 07/15-7/17 if this is your month. Remember this is mandatory not an option. You MUST let Sand Mountain Pest Control spray your apartment. do not lock your screen doors and have all pets put up.
***All playgrounds are open. Please treat them with respect and keep it cleaned up. Parents also please supervise your children.
***Our office will be closed 07/06/2026 in Observance of Independence Day.
***Reminder pools/slip and slides/and other similar water toys are NOT allowed
***Make sure and keep your yard cleaned up so mowers can mow our yards quickly and efficiently. You WILL be fined for anything in your yard. You are responsible for anything in your yard.

***Applications for housing will start 06/03/2026 and will go until 06/29/2026
***Annual Re-exams for June will be 06/04/2026-06/12/2026 if this is your month to renew a packet will be placed on your door. Please read the letter and bring your packet in that time frame and dates.
***Pest Control 06/17/2026 If this is your month make sure an put up your pets and have your screen doors locked.
***Filter changers are this month. They should be completed this week.
