A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Arkansas, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri and Tennessee until 11 PM CDT. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION! Strong/long-tracked tornadoes will be possible this afternoon through this evening! Have multiple ways to receive warnings and know where your safe place is in the lowest level, interior room of your home or basement!

Today we had a multi family apartment fire. When we arrived on scene firefighters made entry and got an exceptional knock down and size up. Mutual aid was requested to Clearwater Fire Protection District Greenville Fire/Rescue and Southern Iron County Fire Protection District Thank you to everyone for all of the help we received! Everyone worked flawlessly together to reach the end goal to save as much property as possible.
