‼️‼️Evening‼️‼️

Our village is currently facing the unlawful proposed development of a 3 story apartment complex on the property of 447-477 Piermont Ave.

This proposed project has brought to light multiple issues within our own Village Government, including its legal counsel. We as Village Taxpayers have the right to voice our concerns without being threatened and without being lied to by those we pay with our hard earned money!

Multiple Village residents with the help of a local law firm have filed a lawsuit against the Village of Piermont and multiple other individuals listed in the affidavit. This was done to prevent the unlawful actions of those we trusted to preserve our Village and its history.

PLEASE consider donating to help your neighbors with the legal fees, so we can continue to fight this battle till the end.

This is our home and our future is in jeopardy!

Thank you.

Hopefully this can answer some of the questions pertaining to the beautiful fencing that was put up in the 447-477 Piermont Ave lot.

According to local government officials here in town, no permits or permission was needed for the construction of the fence! (Via the Building Dept)

So we have an illegally installed fence that is more then 24 inches high at an intersection that blocks the view of motorists on Gair/Piermont Ave. Not only is the Village not abiding by their own rules, but they are acknowledging the fact they will turn a blind eye!
