The Draft 2021-2024 Transportation improvement Program for the pine Bluff - White Hall area is available viewing and comment at www.SEARPC.com.

Also available for viewing and comment are amendments to the 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan.

Southeast Arkansas Regional Planning Commission (SARPC) is a local council of governments providing planning & technical services to Jefferson County.
