Our Story
Chaw'se Indian Grinding Rock Association is a not-for-profit, all-volunteer organization that supports Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park, one of the most important Native American historic sites in California.Formed in 1983, Chaw'se Indian Grinding Rock Association continues to expand our programs and offerings to our community.
Since forming as a not-for-profit IRS 501(c)(3) corporation in 1983, the Chaw'se Association has assisted in enhancing visitors' exploration and enjoyment of Indian Grinding Rock State Historic Park.
