Meet our Team.
Sandi May- Ms. May is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. She is from Kyle, SD, where she has resided all her life. Ms. May has five-plus years of federal service with Indian Health Services as a medical support assistant and credentialing technician. She has also been involved in agriculture her entire life. Ms. May also has experience working for the OST as a day-labor supervisor. Ms. May will support the development of a comprehensive medical registration card program and electronic verification system.

Daniel Stover-Mr. Stover is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. He is from Kyle, SD, where he has resided all his life. Mr. Stover has thirteen-plus years working for Native American Natural Foods (Tanka Bar) as a customer service manager/marketing specialist. Mr. Stover has an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Tribal Management/Small Business Management, an A.A. in Lakota Studies, and an A.A. in General Studies. Mr. Stover is the media and marketing specialist in our office.

Maranda Herman-Ms. Herman is an enrolled member of the Oglala Sioux Tribe. She is from Pine Ridge, SD. Ms. Herman is an honorably discharged active-duty U.S. Army veteran with education and experience as a combat medic and radiology specialist for the U.S. Army and Indian Health Services. She has a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, a Master of Legal Studies degree in Indigenous People’s Law, and a Juris Doctorate. Ms. Herman is the Executive Director of the OSTMJC.
