Pine River Library Building Foundation,Inc The Pine River Library Building Foundation is a non profit that supports the Pine River Library. All members on this board are volunteers.

In 1996, the Pine River Public Library formed the Pine River Library Building Foundation,
Inc., whose purpose is to raise funds for a new library building. In January 1999, the Pine River State Bank building was donated
to the Library Foundation. Renovations on this project were
completed in July 2002. An open house for the new library
was held on August 31, 2002. A new roof was added to the buil

ding in the spring of 2009. As the library changes with the times the Foundation continues
to support the library in other ways. They continue to hold fund
raising events and apply for grant monies. The Pine River Library Building Foundation, Inc.,
is a non-profit 501 (c) (3).

Have we ever got Children's and Jr. books at the GIANT Friends of the Pine River Library Book Sale this week!

This week, Mr. Clark and Mrs. LeFavor had the joy of donating several boxes of books to the Pine River Public Library. By sharing these resources, we’re strengthening the bond between our schools and our community while supporting a love of reading for learners of all ages.

Calling all dinosaur lovers!

Lots of dinosaur fun at the Cass Co Fair in Pine River this week!

Jurassic Kingdom animatronic dinosaur shows each day AND dinosaur storytime and activities at the Kitchigami library booth next to the book sale in the Commercial Bldg!

Join us at the Cass County Fair in Pine River June 24th-26th

Stories, crafts, learning activities, photo props, and dinosaur trivia make this a fun stop for every young dinosaur fan. We can't wait to see you at the fair for a prehistoric adventure filled with fun, learning, and community!

The HUGE opening sale of the 2026 Friends of the Pine River Library summer book sale series is almost here!

June 24-27 in the Commercial Building at the Cass Co. Fair in Pine River.
Wed 2-9pm
Thurs 11am-9pm
Fri 11am-9pm
Sat 11am-9pm

Come treasure hunt among the wide range of hardcovers, paperbacks, books on CD, DVDs, puzzles and games.

There are neatly organized sections of fiction, non-fiction, large print, children’s, junior, young adult (YA), westerns, Christian fiction, sci-fi and fantasy, antiques and more.

This round is the largest we've ever had! There are particularly large amounts of crafting, westerns, paperback mysteries, DVDs, large print, Minnesota, children's and junior books.

Help get books into readers’ hands, while raising funds to support the Pine River Public Library programs and building.
