Each morning before the library opens, our dedicated staff takes the time to clean books, games, the children's ball pit, keyboards and mouses, headphones, chairs, tables, and so much more.

It's all in an effort to provide the best customer service and library experience to the patrons and families who walk through our door. We are proud to serve Pinellas Park and those who travel to us from all over the area. Thank you for your trust and your support!

Dig into Summer reading and learning as we explore our Earth’s past. Join us on May 30th as we "unearth" our Summer Beanstack Reading Program. Preview exciting new programs in Paleontology (Dinosaurs!), Archaeology, Geology, and more! Enjoy a Giving Tree Music Drum Circle. Visit with community partners, make a craft, play a game, take some pictures, enjoy a sno-cone, and receive ptero-rific reading program incentives!

Doors open at 10:30 am. Drum Circle begins at 11:00 am. Activities inside the library run from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm.

Session 1: Anyone can doodle! Everyone should doodle!

A guided group that meets once a month to doodle together, providing a space for people of all ages to work out the essential mental muscle we call creativity while also creating community. A place to work together to dismantle perfectionism and open the door to more creativity in daily life. Come for prompts and creative exercises, as well as resources for creative exercises you can take with you.

Each session will be a quick outline of an optional prompt exploring imagination and loose doodling, some time to create, and an optional time to share.
