Wellness Wednesday ❤️

When was the last time you put your phone down for an hour?

Today’s challenge: Take a short break from screens and spend that time doing something you enjoy. Take a walk, read a book, work in the yard, or simply enjoy a conversation with family.

Sometimes the best way to recharge is to disconnect for a little while.

What’s your favorite way to unplug and relax?

🚗☀️ TIP TUESDAY ☀️🚗

Never leave children or pets unattended in a vehicle — not even for a minute.

Temperatures inside a parked car can rise dangerously fast, even with the windows cracked. In just minutes, heat inside a vehicle can become life-threatening.

🔥 Remember:
• Always check the back seat before locking your vehicle.
• Keep vehicles locked when parked to prevent children from climbing inside.
• If you see a child or pet alone in a hot car, call 911 immediately.

A quick stop can turn into a tragedy. Let’s work together to keep our community safe this summer. ❤️

🚒🔥 Fire Safety Friday 🔥🚒

When was the last time you cleaned your dryer vent?

Lint buildup is one of the leading causes of dryer fires.

✔ Clean the lint screen after every load
✔ Check behind the dryer for lint accumulation
✔ Inspect and clean the dryer vent regularly
✔ Never run the dryer when you’re away from home or asleep

A few minutes of maintenance can help prevent a devastating fire.
