Incorporating movement into a kid’s day doesn’t have to be difficult. Movement and exercise could include a sport, going for a walk, or stretching. These simple steps can lead to benefits such as reduced stress and anxiety, and better sleep.
Try incorporating one of these forms of movement into your daily routine! With summer break coming up, we encourage families to include movement and exercise in your evening routine every day.
A special thank you to the Chatham County Public Health Department for these tips and tricks for staying healthy!
