At WIC, we recognize the stress and challenges of parenthood, and we are here to support you every step of the way! 🫶 Learning to handle stress in a healthy way is good for you, and it helps you set a positive example for your kids.
This month, take some time to reflect, model, and practice ways to cope with stress:
🎧 Prioritize time for something you love: Take a walk, listen to music, or read.
☮️ Practice mindfulness throughout your day: Try learning new breathing exercises!
🏃♀️➡️ Move your body: Regular movement, even short walks, can reduce stress!
