Strong to Severe Thunderstorms will be possible across much of the region today through this evening. Storms will have the capability of producing mainly large hail and damaging thunderstorm wind gusts along with locally heavy rainfall.

On 3/4/2026 the Camp County Commissioners Court voted to extend the current burn ban for up to 30 days or until the Texas Forest Service determines dangerous conditions no longer exist.
