Yesterday, I not only appealed to upcoming graduates, but also to their families and even young children who seemed genuinely interested in learning about what the world’s greatest Air Force has to offer.

It’s never too early to start thinking about your future. The more you know, the better equipped you are to make the best choices for your life and your future.

The military offers amazing benefits and opportunities for students who are interested in enlisting right after high school. I enlisted right after high school, and it completely changed my perspective on life. Now, I’m dedicated to making sure others recognize the opportunities the Air Force can provide by leading by example.

Sometimes, all it takes is one opportunity, one conversation, or one person to inspire you to think differently about your future. ✈️🇺🇸

Get to Know Your Local Pittsburgh Air Force Recruiter! 🇺🇸✈️

I played various sports throughout my high school, and Air Force careers.

One sport in particular that continue to bring me joy is volleyball🏐. It’s also a very popular sport in my hometown, the U.S. Virgin Islands🇻🇮.

Volleyball not only helped keep me athletic and fit, but also gave me a way to relax, have fun, and enjoy another outlet outside of my daily responsibilities.

As dedicated Airmen and soon-to-be Airmen, we are focused and committed throughout the day. But don’t forget to make time for the things and hobbies you love. They can help you embrace your inner self, recharge, and bring you joy. 💪🏽🏀🏈⚽️

Happy 79th Birthday to the United States Air-Force.

USAF Timeline⏳

1907 -The U.S. Army Created the Aronautical Division, beginning organized military aviation in the U.S.

1918- The U.S. Army Air Service was established.

1926- It became the U.S. Army Air Corps

1941- The U.S. Army Air Force’s (USAAF) were established on June 20,1941 and became the major U.S. air arm during World War II

1947- The United States Air Force became a separate military branch on September 18,1947

Honoring the 79 years of courage, service, dedication, and commitment to protecting our nation. Thanks to all who have served before us, and continue to serve in the world’s greatest Air-force. 💪🏽
