🚨SATURDAY, OCT 17: Join PSL’s Socialist Contingent as we hit the streets on Saturday 10/17 for the upcoming No King’s Rally in Pittsburgh at the City-County Building! It’s time for Pittsburgh to tell the Trump administration that we will not stand for the unlawful occupation of US cities by the national guard and ICE secret police force, nor will we back down and cower as the billionaire class continues its attacks on poor and working people.

We say NO KINGS, NO BILLIONAIRES, NO TYRANNY!

Meet us at the City-County Building (414 Grant St, Pittsburgh) at 12:00 PM - look for the red shirts & PSL banner!

🎨THURSDAY, OCT 15: Come get creative with us as we make signs and banners to demand an end to the reign of billionaires for the No Kings rally on Oct 17! Drop by any time from 6:30pm!

Join us for a community art build at the Pittsburgh Liberation Center to prepare for No Kings on Saturday, October 17! This art build will focus on creating handmade signs, posters, and banners that communicate our support for immigrants, opposition to war, and an end to the rule of billionaires. If you’ve got cardboard or extra art supplies, please bring it along! We will have other supplies available.

📚 JOHNSTOWN! Sunday, October 18, join the PSL for a study of Frederich Engels’ Socialism: Utopian and Scientific!

Socialism didn’t begin as a concept with Marx and Engels, so why are they important? In this short and easy to read text, Engels lays out the basics of the method he and Marx put together and what differentiates their work from the forms of Socialist thought that came before. If you have already been sold on social change being needed but don’t get why we study two Germans from the 1800s, this is a great study to join us for!

This will be the first session of our study group discussing Socialism: Utopian and Scientific. No prior reading or attendance required, all materials provided, and copies will be available for purchase at the reading!

📚INDIANA, PA: Join us on Thursday, October 1st in Indiana, PA for our study group of the book Socialist Reconstruction: A Better Future for the United States, a publication of the Party for Socialism & Liberation!

What would it look like to build a socialist society in the United States? To end the US’s imperialist exploits, eliminate poverty, racism and bigotry, and utilize the wealth and development of modern society for the good of the people? Socialist Reconstruction: A Better Future for the United States envisions this future. It picks up in “the first decade of socialism in the United States,” and describes what socialism could mean for housing, healthcare, education, public safety and many other aspects of US society.

No prior reading required, and study materials will be provided! Copies of the book will be available for reading together in person, and copies will also be available for purchase.
