Our EMS Update 2027 Call for Speakers is now available (until September 11, 2026). We hope you can join us for EMS Update 2027 at Vail | Seven Springs Mountain Resort, March 17, 18, 19 and 20.
We are celebrating FORTY years in 2027!
The deadline to apply is September 11, 2026. Our Board of Directors’ Conference Selection Committee will meet in late September to review the submissions and will notify everyone in early October of their decision(s).
We are seeking dynamic, engaging speakers who are passionate about advancing emergency medical services through education, innovation, and real-world experience. Whether you're an EMS provider, physician, nurse, educator, researcher, or public safety professional, we invite you to submit your best ideas.
We're Looking for Topics Including:
Clinical updates and evidence-based practice
Basic and Advanced life support and Critical care
Trauma, cardiac, stroke, and pediatric emergencies
Medical emergency assessments
Hands-On practical sessions
Mental health, wellness, and resilience
Case studies and lessons learned
Technology, AI, and innovation in EMS
Quality improvement and patient safety
We welcome presentations that are interactive, practical, and provide attendees with knowledge they can immediately apply in the field. Current, evidence-based, and engaging educational sessions are consistently recommended as best practice for EMS conferences.
