Effective today, Friday, Oct. 16, 2026, at 3:00 p.m., the following Project-Based Voucher Program waiting lists are CLOSED:

• City’s Edge
• Elmer Williams Square
• Hillcrest Senior Residences
• Lemington Senior Housing
• Skyline Terrace
• The Reed Senior Housing – (1-bedroom)

The following community waiting list is also CLOSED:

• Christopher Smith Terrace

No pre-applications will be accepted for these waiting lists after the closing date and time.

A Public Notice will be provided when the HACP determines to reopen these specific waiting lists.

The HACP Homeownership & RSS program staff were happy to meet with the community Wednesday to discuss affordable housing opportunities, listen to their concerns & answer questions during the One Roof Housing Resource Fair at CCA in the Waterfront.

Year Up United is launching its Customer Experience cohort on October 19, 2026. Participants will undergo 3 months of training followed by a paid internship —earning $525 weekly— with potential for full-time employment.

Eligible applicants must be:

• Actively seeking employment
• Available for full-time participation
