Just Announced: The YLD is presenting a one-substantive-credit CLE – “A Lawyer and a Ghost Walk Into a Bar: Scary Legal Topics” – on Thursday, Oct. 29 from 12-1 p.m. in the Koppers Building. The program will cover several topics that figuratively haunt lawyers, including criminal cases involving ghost guns, handling clients and witnesses who “ghost” you, and the haunting dangers of subrogation in civil litigation. https://buff.ly/BJMGZfj
