AI may be changing the way we work, communicate, and lead—but it has not changed what matters most.

The real question is not whether technology will reshape our world. It is whether we will meet that change with fear or with wisdom, faith, and courage.

Our tools may evolve. Our calling remains the same.

Beauty is not an illusion.

At Pittsburgh Prays, we were reminded that goodness, truth, and beauty are real because they flow from the One who created and holds all things together.

A powerful reminder for leaders seeking to serve with faith, humility, and purpose for the good of Pittsburgh.

In an age of AI and uncertainty, the path to true greatness hasn’t changed.

Pursue truth. Renew your mind. Be transformed. Lead like Christ. Become a servant.

A timely reminder from Pittsburgh Prays for every leader seeking to serve for the good of our city.

What happens when one generation stops listening, and the next stops believing they have anything worth saying?

The distance between generations can start with one misunderstood conversation. But over time, it can weaken trust, divide teams, damage relationships, and leave the future of our organizations uncertain.

We see it in families. We see it in workplaces. We see it in leadership teams trying to move forward without truly understanding one another.

But it does not have to stay that way.

When senior and emerging leaders come to the same table with humility, curiosity, and a shared purpose, something powerful happens.

Experience becomes wisdom that can be passed on. New ideas are given room to grow. Trust is rebuilt. Leaders become stronger.

That is why PLF created the Leader Collaboratives; intentional spaces where leaders across generations can build meaningful relationships, learn from one another, and grow together.

🔹 Senior Leaders Collaborative: For experienced leaders who want to build healthy cultures, develop others, and create a legacy that lasts.

🔹Emerging Leaders Collaborative: For rising leaders who want to grow in confidence, strengthen their leadership, and learn from those who have gone before them.

You do not have to lead alone, and generational differences do not have to become generational division.

Choose the Collaborative that fits your season of leadership and take the next step toward stronger relationships and greater impact.

Because a stronger Pittsburgh begins when generations choose to listen, learn, and lead together.

"For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them.”
Matthew 18:20

The 2026 Pittsburgh Prayer Breakfast was a beautiful reminder of what can happen when leaders from across our city come together in faith, unity, and prayer.

We are grateful for everyone who joined us, prayed with us, served, sponsored, led worship, and helped make this morning so meaningful. A special thank you to our speakers, including keynote speaker Grove City College President Bradley J. Lingo, for encouraging us to continue seeking God’s heart for our city.

May we continue to be founded and forward in prayer as we believe for the great work God is doing in Pittsburgh.

Yesterday’s Pittsburgh Prayer Breakfast was a powerful and peaceful reminder of what happens when a city comes together in unity and prayer.

With more than 650 people gathered—the room was filled with faith, encouragement, and a shared desire to seek God for Pittsburgh.

From meaningful worship and moments of united prayer, to rich conversation around the table and a wonderful meal shared together, the morning was a beautiful reflection of what God is doing across our city.

We are deeply grateful to our sponsors, partners, attendees, team members and volunteers who made this gathering possible.

Stay connected with us as we remain encouraged and expectant for what God is continuing to do in Pittsburgh, by visiting plf.org.

For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them. (Matthew 18:20)

What a blessing it was to be in the presence of God together. We are so thankful for the opportunity to spend the morning praying over our city.

A huge thank you to everyone who made this morning possible. To our sponsors, thank you for supporting the unification of our city. To our worship leaders and speakers, especially our keynote, Grove City College President Bradley J. Lingo, thank you for your powerful contributions. And to all who attended, we are grateful for your presence. We pray that Jesus continues to do the great work He is doing in Pittsburgh.
