Everlasting Sparkle is coming to Taste of the Town! This local business specializes in traveling around to fairs, flea markets, and private parties (ask them about booking!) to adorn you with gorgeous and tasteful permanent jewelry.

FLASH TATTOOS! This is a HUGE addition to Taste of the Town! Black Ivy Ink will be offering literary themed tattoos this year. Black Ivy Ink has done these pop-ups before. I had to be explained to me! Sign up when you get to the event and pick from one of the pre-drawn mini tattoos (about the size of a quarter, maybe slightly larger) that she'll have displayed. We'll find you or page your cell phone when it's your turn on the table. $10 from each tattoo goes directly to the library.

I KNOW!! At the LIBRARY!?! It's a new age, folks! Come have some fun at Taste of the Town!

The temperature has dropped, the leaves are too. Time to celebrate spooooky season. 👻

Some books have scary content, scary characters.

Other books are so scary to some that they just can't finish them -- even if they're not horror.
Terrified by too many characters. 👹
Deterred by dry descriptions. ☠
Whatever the reason, our staff and patrons have chosen to BURY them in our "Did not Finish" graveyard.
