Dispute Resolution Training for families

Families are invited to join this webinar to learn about their family’s rights in early intervention. Participants will learn about their rights and options as parents receiving EI services, including working with their EI team when they have concerns and how to file for mediation or a due process hearing. This training will provide an overview of the timelines, process, and outcomes, and is part of a series of workshops to support parents in understanding their rights. Our Children's Programs had a wonderful time at the 2026 Beach Street in North Adams! We brought our sand pails & scoops to help cultivate the sand. We'll see you next year!
