On Saturday September 29th the Samuel Harrison Society put on it's 5th Golf Outing at Bas Ridge Country Club in Hinsdale, MA.
All proceeds from this event go to the operations of the Samuel Harrison House on 82 Third Street in Pittsfield.
The day was a little chilly but everyone agreed that they had a great time.
We would like to Thank everyone that supported us and all the golfers that made this day a huge success.

On Monday, August 8th Churchill Cotton led a walking tour of the Pittsfield African American Heritage Trail for a group of elementary school students participating in the YMCA Summer Day Program. The tour ended at Rev. Harrison's House where the students were given a healthy snack as well as a tour of the house. Thank You Kim Robertson for giving us the opportunity to share the history of the Samuel Harrison House with your group.
