Do you ever have that feeling after finishing a good movie where you wish you could talk to someone about it? Join our conversation group at the library all about film! ๐ŸŽฅ๐ŸŽฌ

Every month, the group selects a film to watch on your own time, then meet with us at the end of the month to talk about what you liked (or didn't!), ideas represented in the film, or what compelled you the most.

This month's film is Nebraska (2013). You can check this film out on DVD at the library today! ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐ŸŒพ

The group is open to anyone age 18 or older. This group meets on the last Thursday of every month from 5:30-6:30 pm at the library.

Have questions? Email us at [email protected] or give us a call at (413) 499-9488. See you there!

To celebrate Berkshire Book Con, we talked to some book lovers about... well, BOOKS! ๐Ÿ“š And here is what they shared. ๐Ÿฅฐ

Still hoping to make it to Berkshire Book Con today? Here is the schedule for the rest of the day:

๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ 3-4:30 pm: Book Fair for Adults
๐Ÿ“ Location: Hot Plate Brewing Co.
๐Ÿ“– In a throwback to the book fairs from elementary school days, Indie Readery & Records, along with local creators, will be selling a curated selection of books and book-related merchandise.

๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ 4-5 pm: Social Hour
๐Ÿ“ Location: Hot Plate Brewing Co.
๐Ÿ“– Mix and mingle with fellow readers, writers, and book lovers! Weโ€™ll also be announcing the winners of both of our contests during this time.

๐Ÿ•ฐ๏ธ 5-6:30 pm: Trivia Night
๐Ÿ“ Location: Hot Plate Brewing Co.
๐Ÿ“– Put your literary knowledge to the test with some of your bookish friends and compete for first- and second-place prizes at a special edition trivia night.
