If the weather is ok tomorrow (Sunday the 20th) would anyone be interested in a 10 mile ruck?

D Co,

The entire AGR full time staff is now Applied Su***de Intervention Skills Training (ASIST) certified. The workshop was extremely informative and useful. If ANYONE has thoughts of su***de or has ever had thoughts of su***de please speak to us! We have all been down some dark roads in our lives and want to help show you su***de is not the answer.

D Co Soldiers, we have done a lot of amazing things over the past year. I am proud to part of this team and I'm really looking forward to our future as an adaptive, effective unit. PLEASE do not drink and drive, do drugs, harm yourself or others, or get arrested during your New Year celebrations. Have fun, keep it professional, and keep it clean. Remember who you represent; the National Guard, US Army, the Commonwealth of PA, the USA and most importantly yourself!
