Hearts and Minds Educational Technology Foundation Hearts and Minds is a non-profit organization focused on providing technology for youth on the Weste Grant applications are due on April 1.

Hearts & Minds Technology Foundation awards annual grant funding to nonprofit organizations and schools providing student-used technology on the western slope of El Dorado County. Requests for Proposals go out online and via mail to schools and nonprofits who work with children in March each year. The board meets in April, and the grants are awarded immediately. The grants are for technology used

by students/children only. We do not fund services, classes, personnel, consumables, or materials used by staff. We look for the most current technology and ways to get materials into the hands of the students. The more specific the grant applications (naming exact products, prices, and connection to overall by the student) the more likely it will be chosen for funding. Hearts & Minds is a fund of the El Dorado Community Foundation.
