Swim Lesson Manager/Guest Services Taylor Rodriguez, Lifeguard Colin Murphy and Camp Counselor Alex Ceferin were all recognized for outstanding service in July. Taylor and Colin were honored as HEART Champions, while Alex took home the Sun-sational Award.

HEART stands for Help, Empathize, Acknowledge, Respect and Thank. Champions are recognized by their co-workers. The Sun-sational award is for employees nominated by the public, who recognize outstanding effort and customer service.

Taylor walked an employee through a RecTrac process over the phone while working the desk at another facility. Colin helped the Marketing Department by volunteering to serve as a key actor for a video promoting National Park & Recreation Month. Alex played basketball with a camper who said, "He is nice and is the goat!"

Congratulations Taylor, Colin and Alex!
