28 incredible members of the Indiana State Police—both sworn and professional staff—completed training with the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, Inc..
What stood out most wasn’t just the training itself—but the people.
Each of these individuals stepped forward to serve in a different way. To listen. To support. To show up for others during some of the most difficult moments our personnel may face.
That takes trust. It takes humility. And it takes a genuine commitment to something bigger than yourself.
These 28 now represent the newest members of our Wellness Section, and we couldn’t be more proud of the example they are setting across our department.
This is how we continue to move forward—by building a culture where taking care of our people is not just something we say, but something we do.
Grateful for this team and the impact they will have across the Indiana State Police.
