Incredibly thankful to report that our Trooper is alert, in good spirits, and will be OK after her cruiser was struck tonight in Omaha. The trooper was inside the vehicle, parked, with emergency lights activated, when the cruiser was struck by a passing truck.

The trooper was injured and is currently being treated at the hospital, but thankfully none of the injuries are thought to be serious at this time.

This is the 3rd such crash in less than 2 weeks across Nebraska. MOVE OVER and SLOW DOWN as you approach a crash scene.

Thank you to the Omaha Police Department officers who were there immediately to help our Trooper.
