Early voting in Kendall County begins on September 26. At this time, there will be only one early voting location: the NEW Kendall County Office Building at 502 S Main St in Yorkville.
This building is next to the OLD Kendall County Office Building (111 West Fox St). These buildings share parking lots.
There is an accessible parking space located at the south side of the new building.
When you enter the main entrance of 502 S Main St, you will be in a lobby. You will find the Election office to your left. It is clearly marked ELECTION over the door.
After you enter the Election office, you will go up to one of the counters to tell the employee that you are there for early voting. You will tell the employee your name (and may need to spell it) and you will tell them your address.
You will be given a ballot to vote on in that same room. You will be directed where to deposit your ballot into the vote tabulator. You will put your ballot into the machine yourself.
On Monday October 21, a second Early Voting location will open, at Oswego Village Hall, which will be open for 9 days of Early Voting. See the Clerk's schedule for details.
